Sports Injury Prevention

Preventing injury is a key factor to achieving greatness in sport, and the difference between success and failure can depend on something as simple as correcting a poor training technique. This course, Sports Injury Prevention, takes both a scientific and practical approach to reducing sports-related injuries. Students will learn how to record musculoskeletal injuries, perform baseline measures, identify risk factors, examine injury mechanisms, develop interventions, and assess implementation strategies. The course welcomes anyone interested in preventing sports injuries, including athletes, coaches, trainers, and those involved with sports businesses.
