Job Description
Join our team at Oroville Orcas as a Swim Instructor and lead engaging swimming programs for children of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student who is passionate about inspiring young swimmers and promoting water safety. If you possess excellent communication skills and a love for swimming, we want you to join us in Oroville, CA!
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Track student progress and offer feedback and support
Requirements
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally
• Background in childcare or coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
