Paradise Piranhas Swim Team is Looking for Summer Swim Instructors in Paradise, CA

As a Swim Instructor at Paradise Piranhas Swim Team, you will lead swimming programs and deliver customized individual and group lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong passion for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers while emphasizing water safety. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Swim Instructor to join our team in Paradise, CA.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
