Job Description
At Chico Aqua-Jets, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This opportunity is perfect for students who have a genuine passion for swimming and can inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. Join our team in Chico, CA as a Swim Instructor and make a difference in the lives of our swimmers!
Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance
Requirements:
• Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
