Job Description
Join our team at Truckee-Tahoe Swim Team in Truckee, CA as a Swim Instructor and help lead our swimming programs tailored to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal for students with a passion for swimming and inspiring young swimmers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children
