Job Description
At Tahoe Swim Club, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to kids of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join us in South Lake Tahoe, CA as a Swim Instructor.
Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
Strong background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
A love and passion for swimming and children.
