I offer an opportunity to put your entrepreneurial desires and skills to work. The product selects the most likely candidates for each room applicant based on a “Life Style Profile” they submit on line. Life Style Profiles are exchanged without names. If the recipient agrees the parties are given each other’s names and contacts. They can then decide who they feel would be the best roommate for them.
I sold General Meters Corp.’s™ University One-Card System™ to Heartland Payment Systems and reserved 4 software products in the deal. See “Heartland Payment Systems Campus Solutions” for the scope of products I have developed.
The 4 products have been developed, but not yet marketed. I am looking for a person with the ingenuity, tenacity and knowledge to take one of these products to market. Seniors OK, part time until graduation. Applicant must have taken a large array of business classes and preferably entrepreneurial classes. This will require obtaining financing and running the entire operation, under my supervision. The job will be in the Los Angeles vicinity.
